WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU WORK WITH A LIFE COACH
The first thing I’ll do when you get in touch is to arrange a free 20-minute introductory session to get to know you a bit better and give you a taste of what you can expect from online life coaching. Your session will be conducted via FaceTime, WhatsApp video or Zoom – whichever is easiest for you!
During this session, you can ask me as many questions as you’d like. This will help you feel to better understand the process and see whether you think we would be a good fit.
Understanding your Objectives
During your introductory session, I will ask plenty of questions to better understand your goals and what you’d like to get out of life coaching. It’s a great idea to have a think about which areas you’d like to focus on and what the biggest priorities are in your life right now. For example, do you want to improve important relationships or is your career currently your main focus?
Flexible Sessions to Suit You
From the specific goals we discuss in your introductory session, I can put together a tailored session plan. Sessions will take place over video call and are charged individually, or in blocks of five or ten. I will make my recommendation, but how many sessions you do is, of course, completely up to you. I will do everything I can to come up with a bespoke session plan that suits your lifestyle, goals and budget.
