The experience of isolation can bring about immense anxiety. Coronavirus (COVID-19) is impacting all our lives in many ways. Whereas before we had the ability to access various treatment and support, Coronavirus has made it far more difficult to do so. Isolation and loneliness can be a struggle for a lot of people to manage and can have a negative impact on your mental health.

Forming and keeping relationships is a big part of our life, as they can bring you meaning, comfort and happiness. Making a connection with someone is something that can stay with us for a long time. So when a relationship breaks down or we are struggling to find and keep a relationship it can affect use deeply emotional.

So, what can be done about it? I always say that if I were to break or damage a bone in some way, I would seek medical help. The same applies for us emotionally. It has been said emotion and behaviour can be linked.
